Elderly Care in Abbey Wood and South London

Compassionate, consistent support helping your loved one live safely and independently at home.

When someone you love needs help at home, you want to know they’re in safe hands. You want carers who arrive on time, who know your mum’s routine, who remember how she likes her tea. You want someone who treats your parent the way you would – with patience, warmth, and genuine respect.

That’s what AB Care Services provides. Our elderly care service is designed around your loved one’s daily life – not around our rota. We take the time to understand who they are, what matters to them, and how they want to be supported. Every care plan is reviewed by a registered nurse to ensure clinical accuracy, and every visit is logged on the family app so you always know what’s happening.

We believe that growing older at home should feel safe, dignified, and connected. Our consistent team of carers builds genuine relationships with the people they support – because good care starts with knowing someone, not just following a checklist.

Our Approach

Every care plan reviewed by a registered nurse

Unlike most local providers, AB Care Services has a registered nurse on our clinical team. Your loved one’s care plan isn’t just written by a coordinator – it’s reviewed for clinical accuracy by a qualified nurse who checks that medications are correctly recorded, that health conditions are properly accounted for, and that the care plan reflects current best practice. This is included in our service. It’s not an add-on.

Stay connected through the family app

Know when your carer arrives. Read care notes after every visit. See every medication confirmed. The AB Care family app keeps you in the picture without you having to chase anyone for updates.

Learning disability support from £35 per hour. Weekend and bank holiday rates apply. See our full pricing guide.
