AB Care Services provides specialist complex needs care for adults with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, multiple long-term conditions, and other health needs that require a higher level of clinical oversight. Our carers are trained in condition-specific care, and every complex care plan is reviewed by our registered nurse to ensure it meets clinical standards.
We don’t treat complex needs as a problem to be managed. We treat them as part of who your loved one is – and we build care around the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
What We Provide
Condition-Specific Care
Carers trained in your loved one's specific condition – whether that's Parkinson's, MS, stroke recovery, or spinal injury.
Clinical Oversight
Every care plan reviewed by a registered nurse. Medication regimes, symptom monitoring, and clinical observations documented.
Moving and Handling
Safe, dignified transfers using hoists, slide sheets, and other equipment. Two-carer visits where required.
PEG and Stoma Care
Trained carers supporting enteral feeding and stoma management where indicated in the care plan.
Catheter and Continence Care
Professional, discreet support with catheter management and continence needs.
Medication Management
Complex medication regimes administered by competency-assessed carers. Controlled drugs managed in accordance with our medicines policy.
Rehabilitation Support
Working alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support your loved one's recovery and independence goals.
Hospital Discharge
Rapid-response care packages to support safe discharge and prevent readmission.

Complex care requires more than a willing carer. It requires training, supervision, and clinical accountability. At AB Care Services, every complex needs carer is specifically trained in the conditions they support, assessed for competency before working unsupervised, and clinically supervised by our registered nurse. We work in partnership with your GP, community nurses, and therapists to deliver care that is safe, effective, and joined up.
